Worst U.S. President – ever?

It just doesn’t seem to end with this guy. But how can I be upset? You all elected him to office. Not once, but twice. If anything is for sure, Bush is definitely ensuring that his name will “go down” in history, down with the world’s worst leaders that is.

In my opinion, Bush has made a mockery of what was once a democracy that we could all be proud of. Would I be wrong to assume that every president does someone some favors? Common sense tells me “of course”! But Bush’s latest move with regards to Libby’s commuted sentence is just ridiculous. At the risk of sounding religious, nothing is sacred anymore.

Criminal conviction? Don’t worry about it, you’re one of the family! Here’s a half of a pardon. Thanks for your hard work and loyalty. Oh, and thanks for taking the fall – you’re a team player!

What makes this all so sad, so horrific, is that young men and women my age and younger are losing their lives to fight a war orchestrated by this lunatic. The year 2009 could not get here soon enough. Who do I support for the 2008 Presidential campaign? Anyone who is not related to or affiliated with Bush. It can’t get any worse.  When it’s this ugly it can only get better.

  1. Winston Churchill once said, “I have always felt that a politician is to be judged by the animosities he excites among his opponents.” If this is true, President Bush may be the best President we have ever had.
